Educational campaign “Find the Time†on the importance of women’s health preservation has begun

Campaign “Find the Time” aimed at informing and educating the public about the importance of preservation and improvement of women’s health has begun as part of the European Cervical Cancer Prevention Week in Vranje, Preševo and Bujanovac. The campaign is financed by the European Union and the Government of Switzerland through the European Partnership with Municipalities Programme EU PROGRES and implemented on-site by the agency “V+O Communication”.
Valuable Medical Equipment Handed Over to the Hospitals in Toplica District

Three devices for ultrasound diagnostics were donated to the Health Centres in Prokuplje, Blace and Kuršumlija, while the hospital in Žitorađa received CTG fetal monitor and examination table due to the support of the European Union and the Govenrment of Switzerland through the European Partnership with Municipalities Programme EU PROGRES.
Pupils from Prokuplje Received Textbooks

Secondary school pupils from socially vulnerable families of Roma or Serbian nationality in Prokuplje received today 117 textbooks that they could not afford in order to keep up with the curriculum without difficulties. The procurement of textbooks was financed by the European Union and the Government of Switzerland through the European Partnership with Municipalities Programme EU PROGRES.
Women in South and South-West Serbia Launching Own Businesses

Through the European Partnership with Municipalities Programme – EU PROGRES, the European Union and the Government of Switzerland will earmark 61,800 EUR and fund 17 projects of municipal gender equality councils and ten best projects supporting women's entrepreneurship.
